Cách chơi Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Melee

Hầu hết các nhân vật trong bộ truyện đều có thể chơi được trong trò chơi này, bao gồm nhân vật chính bốn Turtles và Splinter, April O’Neil, và Casey Jones.
